Area(s) of practice

OLA GRAHN'S main areas of practice are company law, mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. He has vast experience from venture capital transactions and assists venture capital companies as well as entrepreneurs in connection with capital raising. He also assists clients with equity capital market law and company law in connection with new issues, IPOs, public offerings and incentive schemes. In addition to work within his specialist areas, Ola also provides advice on general corporate and commercial law matters to a number of clients within different industries. Within this area, Ola assists on the drafting, review and negotiation of a range of different commercial agreements such as distribution agreements and supply agreements.
