Area(s) of practice

LYNDA ONDRASEK OLOFSSON’S main areas of practice are taxation law, law regarding public procurement, administrative law and administrative procedure law. Within taxation law Lynda handles questions regarding Swedish and international corporate and individual taxation and she has great experience of representing clients in tax litigations. Within law regarding public procurement Lynda has considerable experience of assisting both procuring entities and suppliers in all aspects of the public procurement process. Another area Lynda is specialized in is foundations and other non-profit organizations. Lynda regularly holds seminars in her fields of practice.
