Area(s) of practice

JONAS SÖDERSTJERNA’s main areas of practice are environmental law and special real estate law. He works primarily with permit applications in environmental court concerning both environmentally hazardous businesses and water enterprises. Jonas is also experienced in work regarding contaminated land and other issues involving environmental law in transactions. With his background in an administrative authority he also has vast experience from working with legal issues concerning special real estate. In this field of practice Jonas continuously acts as counsel in cases and matters concerning i.a. registration of properties, physical planning and building permits.
