JONAS FRII advises leading Swedish corporations and financial institutions primarily in acquisitions, raising of capital and equity capital market matters. As a member of Setterwalls M&A and Equity Capital Markets groups he for example works with corporate law, transactions, listings and public offerings. His recent work has mainly been with focus on acquisitions and other structure deals within infra, energy, technology and retail. He has vast experience in corporate governance and serves as chairman at general meetings and secretary of the board of directors in companies listed on Nasdaq OMX.

Jonas is Managing Partner (CEO) for Setterwalls Malmö and member of the firm’s management group.
