ANDERS SÖDERLIND practises in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, company law and equity capital markets and is part of Setterwalls' specialist groups working in these practice areas. In addition to his engagements in private and public corporate acquisitions, Anders devotes a great deal of time to equity capital market transactions such as IPOs, secondary offerings, etc. Anders also has extensive experience with venture capital transactions and regularly represents both investors and investment assets. Furthermore, Anders participated in the Swedish Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (Svenska Riskkapitalförening) administered project which produced model agreements for investments by business angels.
