Setterwalls has assisted Samsung Electronics in the acquisition of Nanoradio AB, a developer of ultra low power Wireless LAN chipsets for high-speed wireless access in mobile phones. Among the sellers were the VC companies Viking Venture, Creandum, Nordic Venture Partners, Ferd Capital, Innovacom, Anchor Capital, Teknoinvest and Industrifonden.
Setterwalls team was made up of Håkan Fohlin, Maria Norrman, Henrik Kjellander, Linnéa Eriksson, Erik Sandström, Johan Lagerlöf, Michael Witting, Grame Jarvie and Anna Zilkina.
