Setterwalls has advised Eson Pac Holding AB and Eson Pac Group AB in its acquisition of Strålfors Identification Solutions (SIS) and in creating one of the leading packaging businesses in Scandinavia.
In addition to SIS, Eson Pac AB is made part of Eson Pac Group and the group has manufacturing units in Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland and sales offices in Norway, England, Germany and France. Eson Pac Group will have an annual turnover of more than 1 billion and with more than 550 employees.
Setterwalls team has been headed by Anders Holmgren (M&A) supported by Mattias Bergström (M&A). The team has furthermore consisted of Fanny Torgersson (M&A), Jesper Silow (M&A). Setterwalls team concerning the acquisition financing has been headed by Jesper Kuschel (Bank & Financing) supported by Kenneth Nilsson (Bank & Financing), Daniel Gutman (Bank & Financing). Christian Sjöqvist (Tax) and Jennie Sjöberg (Tax) have been responsible for tax related issues.
