Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to the private equity fund FSN Capital in the sale of Via Travel - the largest travel market company in Sweden and in the Nordics - to Egencia. Egencia is a part of Expedia, Inc., the world's largest travel marketplace.

Setterwalls' team consisted of Håkan Fohlin (responsible partner), Anders Grefberg, Erik Hellners, Linnéa Eriksson and Johan Lagerlöf.
