Setterwalls assists Peab on assignment worth billions

Peab has been assigned by Northland Logistics AB to transport iron ore by truck from an iron ore mine near Kaunisvaara near Pajala to a transload facility located in Pitkäjärvi, where the iron ore will be loaded on wagons and transported by rail to Narvik, Norway. Initially, approximately 1.3 million tons of iron ore is expected to be transported from Kaunisvaara to Narvik, which will then gradually increase to a little over 4 million tons when the production is fully operational in 2015. The turnover during the years 2013-2021 is estimated at approximately SEK 500 000 000 per year.

Peab has been assisted by Setterwalls through i.a. Lennart Iwar and Nina Siegl in the contract negotiations.
