Setterwalls advisor for Brinova Fastigheter in major takeover bid

Setterwalls assists Brinova Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with the public takeover bid from Backahill Holding AB. The bid means that all shares in Brinova are valued at approximately SEK 2.7 billion. Brinova has set up a bid committee for evaluation of the bid. Setterwalls' team is made up of Jonas Frii (partner in charge), Anders Ackebo and Jennie Klingberg.
