Setterwalls advises Cobra Biologics in its acquisition of the Unitech Pharma Group

Setterwalls has advised Cobra Biologics in its acquisition of the Unitech Pharma Group and its bio-production facility in Matfors near Sundsvall.

Cobra Biologics is an international Contract Manufacturing Organisation supporting the global life sciences industry in the development and manufacture of monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, DNA, viruses and cell line derived products for clinical trials.

Setterwalls' team consisted of Odd Swarting and Camilla Appelgren.
