MALIN ALBERT's main practice areas are EU and Competition Law, Public Procurement and Life Sciences.

Within EU and Competition law, Malin is head of Setterwalls' competition law group within the EU and competition department at Setterwalls' Stockholm office. Malin has considerable experience of merger controls, anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, cartels and state aid. Within Public Procurement, Malin assists both procuring entities and suppliers in all aspects of the public procurement process.

Malin is head of Setterwalls' Life Sciences team in Stockholm. Her involvement in the life sciences sector is mainly in commercial and regulatory aspects, as well as public procurement, EU and competition law questions. She has also vast experience from advising in IPOs as regards Life Sciences companies.

Further, Malin assists clients generally with commercial and strategic business advice. Having been in-house counsel at Pierre Fabre Médicament, a French pharmaceutical company, Malin has hands-on experience of the specific commercial and strategic challenges at a managerial level that companies are facing. Her experience has given her insight into French business culture used in regularly advising clients on matters related to doing business in France. Malin is head of Setterwalls' French Desk.

Malin regularly holds seminars in her areas of expertise both in Sweden and abroad.
