Rolf Åbjörnsson is responsible for Setterwalls' Restructuring and Insolvency Group. Rolf commits a great deal of time to the bankruptcies of two large insurance companies, addressing a number of insurance law and damages issues, particularly with respect to one of the largest bankruptcies in Swedish history, Återförsäkrings AB Luap (formerly Folksam International). Rolf was also the administrator of the Rederi AB Slites bankruptcy. That bankruptcy affected approximately 1,300 employees and involved continued operation of ferry traffic between Stockholm and Helsinki for a period of approximately six months.
