Area(s) of practice

For the last 33 years, THOMAS EHRNER has worked primarily with cases regarding insolvency law, both as counsel for creditors and as counsel for debtors.

Thomas also specializes in receivership. Notably, he participated in the administration of the Sahlénrederierna bankruptcy in the 1980’s and 1990’s and he is currently working on the bankruptcy of Luap (formerly Folksam International AB), a reinsurance company. Additionally, Thomas is engaged in company restructuring, composition arrangements, the assignment of liquidators, and cases regarding real estate law, such as acquisitions and sales of real estate and real estate companies.
