SÖREN BREKELL is head of the specialist team for tax law at Setterwalls and has extensive experience in executing restructurings of medium sized as well as large companies. Furthermore, Sören has long experience in tax proceedings, generation changes, removals and fissions. Among other things, Sören works with issues concerning fiscal and tax law during acquisitions and sales. Sören also has experience in specific tax questions tied to certain lines of business such as energy tax, construction and securities.
