ROGER WIER works mainly with public procurement and labour law. Roger has a wide experience of public procurement. He works with strategic counselling in all phases of the procurement process and assists both suppliers and contracting authorities / entities in processes for review and damages. In the area of labour law, Roger works with restructuring, questions with regards to employment agreements and policies, collective bargaining agreements and negotiations, termination of employment, labour law related processes, work environment, business secrets and specific questions regarding employees in leading positions.
