RICHARD HAMMARVID works in the M&A, company law and commercial agreements areas and is Deputy Director of Setterwalls' Corporate and M&A Group. Richard has 15 years' experience working with Swedish and international corporate acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures and international co-operation agreements.  In addition to the Nordic region and Europe, Richard has worked on such engagements in Russia, South Africa, China, Japan, Korea and South America.  Richard has also worked within these specialist areas as an associate at Mannheimer Swartling and as a legal counsel with the Volvo Group, and Volvo Car Corporation.
