PETER SEDEROWSKY is part of Setterwalls’ finance team and contributes with experience from and knowledge of complicated financing structures and transactions in the areas of Banking & Finance, M&A, Capital markets and Real Estate.
Peter was a partner at Setterwalls from 1997 to 2002, and was then also a member of the Swedish Bar Association, active in the fields of Banking & Finance, Capital markets and M&A. During the period thereafter and up until 2011, Peter has been the CEO of Paradox Entertainment Inc. in Beverly Hills, California and CEO of Casablanca Gaming Group AB operating 24hPoker on Malta and CEO of Chance a.s. in Prague, which licensed by the Czech authorities and with more than 1 000 employees conducts gaming operations in the Czech Republic with approximately 400 gaming stores as well as gaming operations on the Internet. Up until now, Peter is also an experienced board member from companies listed on stock exchanges such as the International Stock Exchange, (London), AIM (London) and Nordic Growth Market, NGM (Stockholm) and in East Asia Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: EAS.V) on TSX Venture Exchange, Toronto, Canada, where he is currently an active director.
Peter was mentioned in Leading Capital Markets Lawyers in the World, 1997-2001 and in Leading Banking Lawyers in the World, 1997-2000 by Euromoney.
Peter has a master’s degree (LLM) in law from Boalt Hall, University of California – Berkeley.
