PER LIDMAN primarily works within the areas IPR, Technology transactions and private M&A. Per represents Swedish as well as foreign clients in national and cross-border business. Per has vast experience within the areas of pharmaceuticals and medical devices and has worked as general counsel for a Swedish listed company in the biometrics-industry. On a day to day basis, Per represents a number of technology companies in contract negotiations and license issues and has, over the last few years been deeply involved in several of the most well-known pharmaceuticals patent and trademark disputes in Sweden. Per annually tutors graduate and masters degree students from the University of Lund as well as Malmö University. Per is a member of Setterwalls Technology and M&A groups.
