Area(s) of practice

NICLAS HERMANSSON'S main area of practice is tax law and particularly tax issues related to business transactions and real estate transactions as well as investment issues. Niclas also works with tax planning for privately-owned companies and issues concerning value added tax. Niclas represents Swedish as well as foreign clients in national and international business relations. Niclas is a member of Setterwalls’ Tax Group and Real Estate Group.
