Area(s) of practice

MATS BJÖRKMAN's practice focuses on corporate law and he has advised multinational groups, Swedish listed companies, as well as small and medium-sized firms within this area for more than 10 years. Furthermore, Mats has substantive experience in corporate finance and M&A and often heads up such projects on the national and cross-border levels. Mats also advises clients within the media and entertainment sector. Mats' background includes experience as in-house counsel for TeliaSonera and from the EC Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
