MARTIN LEVINSOHN'S two main areas of practice are intellectual property rights and EU- and competition law. Within intellectual property rights, Martin has vast experience as counsel in disputes concerning patents and trademarks, particularly in the pharmaceutical business. He also assists Swedish and foreign clients in contract negotiations, license issues and consultancy regarding regulatory issues in the pharmaceutical field. Within EU- and competition law, Martin has mainly engaged in issues concerning merger control and public procurement, but he is also experienced in consultancy in issues regarding general competition law for dominant as well as non-dominant companies.
