MARIA NORRMAN specialises in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and financing where she manages project teams of lawyers. Within these areas she often advises specifically in coprorate law matters. Maria has experience from domestic and international acquisitions, sales, mergers and financings. She has been involved in transactions spanning a variety of industries including media, telecom and financial services and represented various kinds of clients such as private equity funds and industrial entities. Maria also focuses on financing, particularly acquisition finance where she represents both lenders and borrowers. On a regular basis Maria advises private and public companies and investment banks on various issues, mainly corporate law issues.
