MALIN LÖVEBORG’s main areas of expertise are real estate, mergers & acquisitions and company law. Malin primarily advises clients within real estate matters, particularly within tenancy law but also with matters regarding real estate lettings, right of use, registration of properties and building permits etc. Malin also has experience from domestic and international acquisitions, sales and mergers. Within these areas she often advises specifically in sales and acquisitions of real estate and real estate companies. She also works a great deal with issues concerning corporate law.
