MAGNUS ERIKSSON is specializing in asset finance transactions, particularly aviation financing and leasing transactions. From his previous capacity as senior legal counsel of Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), the largest airline in Scandinavia, he has a vast knowledge of the aerospace and airline industry in general and particular experience of complex loan financing transactions, leasing transactions and structured tax leasing transactions. Magnus also regularly advises on general matters within the areas of Banking & Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate law. Magnus has an extensive experience of managing and leading complex transactions and projects, internationally as well as within Sweden, involving company acquisitions and disposals as well as asset based and general debt financing.
