Magnus is mainly engaged within the IT-area and in intellectual property and technology related transactions. He has a strong practical and commercial experience in assisting both smaller and larger IT-companies and other companies heavily dependent on their IPR. In addition, Magnus has participated in drafting Swedish standard agreements in the IT-area.
