Kristina Einarsson

I help companies, institutional investors and organisations in conjunction with transactions, investments and reconstruction cases.

I specialize in transactions, corporate law and all forms of alternative investments and projects, and I work primarily with assisting companies and organisations with m&a transactions, investments, raising capital and corporate law issues. Over the years, I have helped many companies and owners in conjunction with major restructurings, investments and changes in ownership. I work on a continuing basis with professional investors to assist with review and negotiation of alternative investments, co-investments, joint ventures and other projects. I am a member of the Swedish Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales. During the period 2016-2020, I also had the privilege to lead the day-to-day operations of the firm as Executive Partner.
