Area(s) of practice

KENNETH NILSSON works with matters concerning insolvency law. This includes reconstructions of companies with financial difficulties or disputes or claims in connection with insolvency, reconstruction and bankruptcy. Kenneth also works in Banking and Finance law and primarily focuses on major bank loans, payment solutions and floor plan financing. Kenneth is i.a. the co-author of the report (Ds 2010:27), "Genomförande av det nya e-penningdirektivet". He has worked extensively and for many years with matters concerning insolvency law and internationally with issues regarding recognition of insolvency proceedings, judgments and decision as well as execution.
