I hold both Swedish and Chinese bachelor’s degrees of law and am responsible for Setterwalls’ China desk.
I work in three languages, Swedish, English and Chinese. My specialist areas are China-related collaboration agreements (for example joint ventures), company acquisitions and dispute resolution. In my daily work, I help Swedish and foreign companies to draft, review and negotiate contracts, primarily relating to collaboration, development, licensing and the purchase or sale of products and services, often with an international connection. I also have experience of working on issues within the automotive industry and the IT area.
