Area(s) of practice

JOSEFIN LEIMAN works primarily with matters concerning intellectual property rights with a particular focus on trademark law and marketing law. Josefin assists in drawing up and reviewing agreements in these areas and represents both Swedish and international clients in matters of intellectual property rights. Furthermore, Josefin assists rights holders in the fight against piracy and cooperates with customs authorities worldwide.

Besides the legal mandates Josefin is also a committed and valued lecturer and has i.a. taught at Academedia and at Lund University. Josephine is also co-author of the anthology "Sociala? Medier? ".
