JOHAN STRÖMBÄCK practices in the Corporate and M&A Group and in the Arbitration & Litigation Group.
Johan’s practice within the Corporate and M&A Group focuses primarily on public financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Johan has acted as counsel for acquirors and targets in a variety of public and private merger and acquisition transactions and has acted as counsel to issuers in corporate finance transactions, including public offerings of equity and debt securities.
Johan is also representing Swedish and foreign clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings on a regular basis, most frequently in disputes which relates to corporate issues.
