Area(s) of practice

JESSICA SCHÖNNING works exclusively with real estate law and real estate litigation with a particular focus on usufrúcts to real property such as commercial and site leases. She also works within other areas of real estate law such as issues of title, and planning and building matters. Jessica has experience of working both with Swedish and international acquisitions, primarily in terms of advising on transfer of properties and real estate companies. Jessica has received instructions from several large real estate companies in Sweden and regularly supports these with legal advice and in litigation.
