JESPER GRÜNBAUM is a seasoned dispute resolution and corporate law expert. During the years he has gained solid experience of disputes within many industry sectors relating to a wide variety of legal and commercial areas. His experience includes both Swedish and cross-border litigation and arbitration. Jesper often acts as counsel for foreign parties and is regularly appointed as arbitrator under the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and in ad hoc proceedings.
