ÅSA ERLANDSSON is a member of Setterwalls employment and labour law department. With specialist competence in labour law litigation, Åsa is also a member of Setterwalls' team for dispute resolution.
 
Åsa assists and advices Swedish and foreign employers on all issues concerning labour and employment law. She is well experienced within fields such as restructuring and sales of business but has vast experience also within other areas of employment and labour law, e.g. employment contracts and dismissals, including restrictive covenants and confidential information. In addition, Åsa has acknowledged expertise in representing employers in employment litigation and a particular field of interest and expertise is diversity issues and discrimination claims. In this last respect, Åsa has unique experience in representing employers confronted with discrimination and other diversity claims before court and the Equality Ombudsman.
 
Åsa contributes with a chapter on Swedish employment law in the publication “EU & International Employment Law” published by Jordan Publishing Ltd.
 
Åsa is also working on one of Sweden’s largest bankruptcies, the bankruptcy of Återförsäkringsbolaget Luap (reinsurer). 
 
Åsa is also v Managing Partner for Setterwalls Stockholm & Göteborg.
