The estimated contract value was 420 million SEK. BTJ Sverige AB submitted a tender and was appointed supplier in the framework contract, but BTJ was not ranked as the best supplier. Upon appeal, the Administrative Court in Stockholm approved BTJ's primary claim, meaning that SKI must revaluate the tenders and rank BTJ as the best supplier for 3 out of 4 contract domains.
