The connection to working life is best exemplified by JFs Arbetsmarknadsdagar (JiA). The JiA days present a great selection of activities related to the job market and the grand finale is a large job fair in AF-borgen which has more than 60 exhibitors and 1500 people visiting.
- It is great that Setterwalls becomes a chief sponsor of JF. This feels like a natural step in an already strong collaboration, says Johan Samuelsson chairman of JF. It is particularly great that Dolusspexet, which has really blossomed over the last three years, gets a secure foundation to stand on with Setterwalls continued special interest in its welfare, Johan continues.
JF was founded in 1884 and in 1996 gained student union status with responsibility for education review at Lund University's Faculty of Law. To a great extent, JFs activities are based on volunteer work. JF i.a. arranges large parties, athletic events, introductory activities for new students, choir-singing with Culpakören and student's farces. JF has about 70 students who are elected representatives who work in the union's approx. 20 different committees and panels.
