Setterwalls participates when HBO launches streaming TV in the Nordics

Setterwalls has advised HBO Nordic AB, a joint venture among Parsifal International AB and the American premium cable television network HBO Inc., in connection with the launch of HBO's programming service in Sweden, to be distributed online and via existing networks. Setterwalls also advised Parsifal International AB during the negotiations with HBO and in connection with the financing of the project. Setterwalls' team consisted of Anders Söderlind, Anders Grefberg, Jonas Toll, Johan Lind, Owe Hjelmqvist, Cecilia Tholse Rogmark and Karl-Johan Nörklit.
