Setterwalls in property transaction

Setterwalls has assisted Brinova Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with its sale of a number of commercial premises in the north-west of Skåne to Söderåsen Bostadsförvaltning AB (private investors).

 The total property value amounts to SEK 182.6 million and the total area is 27 337 square meters.

Setterwalls' team was made up of Jonas Frii (responsible partner),  Linda Jönsjö, Samuel Skybrand and Jens Skogler.
