Setterwalls in finance transaction concerning ZeroChaos and PNC Bank

Setterwalls and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP (New York) have advised ZeroChaos and the U.S. private equity firm Snow Phipps on a refinance of credit facility of up to USD 250,000,000 for ZeroChaos' continued global growth strategy, including Zero Chaos AB (formerly Madeo Sourcing Group AB).

The lender was PNC Bank, National Association as agent for a syndicate of banks with RBS Citizens Business Capital, RB International Finance (USA) LLC, Fifth Third Bank, Webster Business Credit Corp, Steel City Capital Funding, The Huntington National Bank, Cathay Bank and Flagstar Bank, FSB.
