Setterwalls has assisted Bain Capital in connection with the acquisition of Bravida, Scandinavia's premier integrated supplier of technical installation and service solutions for buildings and plants. Bain Capital is one of the world's leading private, alternative asset management firms whose affiliates manage approximately $60 billion.

Setterwalls' team mainly consisted of Joacim Johannesson (partner in charge), Peter Sarkia, Kristina Einarsson, Carl Friberg, Joachim Hagen Pikwer, Lovisa Nellevad and Erik Sandström.
