Setterwalls assits story hotel in major lease agreement

Setterwalls has assisted Story Hotel AB – a smart, stylish and new kind of hotel for today’s travelers – when entering into a lease agreement in the new district Signalfabriken in Sundbyberg, Sweden. Alecta Pensionsförsäkring, ömsesidigt, is the landlord. The premises are approx. 3 000 sq.m. and Story Hotel AB will use the premises for its restaurant and hotel business.

Story Hotel has primarily been assisted by Malin Löveborg. Responsible partner has been been Kristina Einarsson.
