Setterwalls assists touch screen pioneer FlatFrog in funding round

FlatFrogSwedish touch screen pioneer FlatFrog Laboratories AB closes €20 million funding round led by Intel Capital. Setterwalls represented FlatFrog Laboratories in the investment. FlatFrog Laboratories AB is a Swedish developer of disruptive touch screen technologies. Intel Capital joins the existing investors, mainly Invus and Sunstone Capital. FlatFrog intends to use the funds to expand its development team in order to accelerate the development and commercialization of the company’s multi-touch technologies for consumer electronics products such as Ultrabooks and all-in-one computers.

Setterwalls’ team consisted of Per Lidman and Ola Grahn (responsible partners), and Martin Levinsohn (IP partner).
