Setterwalls assists Ramirent in its acquisition of the TLM group of companies

Setterwalls has advised Ramirent in its acquisition of the Swedish rental companies; TLM i Linköping AB, TLM i Norrköping AB, TLM i Motala AB and TLM Ställningar AB. The TLM-companies have an annual turnover of approximately MSEK 80 with 35 employees.

Setterwalls team was lead by Anders Holmgren assisted by Racine Ashjari, Jesper Silow, Josefine Midander and Roger Wier.
