Setterwalls assists Greylock Partners in investment in iZettle

iZettle, the social payments company, has completed a €25 million Series B round of funding led by Greylock Partners and Northzone. MasterCard, SEB Private Equity, Index Ventures and Creandum also participated in the round.

Setterwalls assisted Greylock Partners in its investment in iZettle. Greylock partners with entrepreneurs to help them build market-leading businesses. Over the past 45 years Greylock has worked with hundreds of companies, including Facebook, Groupon, LinkedIn and DoubleClick. Current Greylock portfolio companies include Actifio, AirBnB, Cloudera, DropBox, JustEat, mySupermarket, One Kings Lane, Picarro, Redfin, ScaleIO, Workday and Zerto.

Setterwalls’ team consisted of Joacim Johannesson (partner in charge), Mattias Larsson (project leader), Henrik Kjellander (partner employment), Lovisa Nellevad (employment) and Anna Zilkina (corporate and regulatory).
