Setterwalls advisor when the seventh AP fund (AP7) outsourced asset management to external managers

AP7 concludes Investment Management Agreements for 230 BSEK.

AP7, the states alternative to the private actors within in the Swedish premium pension system, has entered into investment management agreements regarding parts of its assets to external managers for their passive index mandates. AP7 is the largest actor in the premium pension system with some three million pension savers and approximately 280 BSEK under management.

Setterwalls has provided legal advice to AP7 in the procurement, e.g. project management in connection with the drafting of the investment management agreements and the negotiations with the external managers of these agreements.

AP7 entered into investment management agreements with three external managers. The agreements have a maximum term of seven years and the contractual value of the investment management agreements was
230 BSEK.
