Setterwalls advisor when SveaReal enters into major facilities agreement

Setterwalls has assisted SveaReal AB in connection with a refinancing consisting of a senior and a junior facilities agreement in an amount of approximately SEK 3,3 billion.

SveaReal owns 77 properties in Sweden with the total area of 706,000 square meters. Setterwalls’ team was lead by Jesper Kuschel, with assistance from Kenneth Nilsson, Aidin Rezai and Pernilla Ahlén.
