Setterwalls advises in the sale of Biomain

On March 1, the German company Heraeus Dental, which is part of the precious metals and technology group Heraeus, headquartered in Hanau, Germany, acquired all shares in Biomain AB, Helsingborg. With this acquisition, Heraeus strengthens its position and presence on the Northern European Dental CAD/CAM market and extends its patent and product portfolio in digital implant prosthetics. Biomain AB is the Scandinavian market leader in the field of customized CAD/CAM based implant borne prosthetics.

Setterwalls' team advising the sellers consisted of Marc Tullgren, Ola Grahn and Marcus Winqvist.
