Setterwalls adviser in Skanska’s sales of office property in Malmö

Setterwalls has assisted Skanska in its sales of the office property Bassängkajen in Malmö to Vasakronan AB (publ).

The transaction is effected as a company transaction and the underlying property value is MSEK 652. The office property is situated at Universitetsholmen and the three largest tenants are Malmö Högskola, Visma and Awapatent.

Setterwalls team consisted of attorneys Anders Bengtsson and Maria Loinder.
