Service Point acquires Holmbergs

Service Point Solutions S.A. ("Service Point"), one of Europe's leading corporations within documents, printing and information management, has through its Swedish subsidiary Service Point Sweden Holding AB acquired all shares in Holmbergs i Malmö AB ("Holmbergs"). Holmbergs was founded in 1904 and is the leading provider of documents and information management solutions in southern Sweden with over 100 employees. Through the acquisition, Service Point strengthen its position and presence on the Scandinavian market.

Setterwalls has assisted Service Point in connection with the transaction. Setterwalls' team mainly consisted of Mats Björkman and Carl Friberg.
