Peab Industri and Segulah in a reversed acquisition

Peab Industri AB and Segulah III L.P have through their subsidiaries, St:Eriks AB and Nordform Mark och VA-System AB executed a so called reversed acquisition of Nordform's business by St:Eriks where St:Eriks has paid by issuance of new shares to Nordform. In addition to the transfer, St:Eriks has refinanced its business. Setterwalls has advised Peab Industri in connection with the acquisition and the refinancing. Setterwalls’ team consisted of Lennart Iwar (partner in charge), Ola Grahn, Linda Jönsjö and Carl-Johan Bune.
